Many Adaptec hardware products are provided a period of complimentary support from the date of manufacture. Support is provided via webmail and/or telephone (some products may incur a nominal charge for telephone assistance). Some products do not carry a technical support program but do carry a full manufacturer’s warranty.

Products beyond the complimentary support period, outlined above, are supported via phone and email for a fee.
Paid Support is available until the product is in Discontinued Support status.

|
Adaptec will no longer provide support via phone or email. Limited information may be available on our website.

| OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Products Support |
|
An Adaptec OEM product was included as part of another manufacturer's complete package. The Adaptec product is part of their product offering and therefore best supported by them. Adaptec will also provide support for a fee.

| Operating System (OS) Support |
|
Adaptec will discontinue addressing operating system issues six months after support of an operating system has been discontinued by the operating system manufacturer. Adaptec will continue to support known operating system issues with regard to supported Adaptec products.
